Bad Day

Yeah I'm having a really bad day today.. I'm not even in the mood to work. Probably still tired from the beach thing last weekend. Anyway, I'm currently listening to the radio and the jocks played this song. I searched the internet for the lyrics and there's this one line that I think really hit me.

Bad Day - Daniel Powter

You kick up the leaves and the magic is lost
They tell me your blue sky's faded to grey
They tell me your passion's gone away
And I don't need no carrying on

Stand in the line just ahead of the law
You're faking a smile with the coffee you go
You tell me your life's been way off line
You're falling to pieces every time
And I don't need no carrying on

Cause you had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
The camera don't lie
You're coming back down and you really don't mind
You had a bad day
You had a bad day

Well you need a blue sky holiday
The point is they laugh at what you say
And I don't need no carrying on

You had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
The camera don't lie
You're coming back down and you really don't mind
You had a bad day
You had a bad day

Sometimes the system goes on the blink and the whole thing it turns out Wrong
You might not make it back and you know that you could be well oh that Strong
Well I'm not wrong

So where is the passion when you need it the most
Oh you and I
You kick up the leaves and the magic is lost

Cause you had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
You've seen what you like
And how does it feel for one more time
You had a bad day
You had a bad day
You had a bad day

Coup d etat na ba?

yeah.. it's sad to know that our politicians are so selfish. If they do care about the poor people, then they should stop criticizing the current administration. I'm not a pro- administration, by the way. It's just irritating that they held rallies calling for the president to step down her post.. make the ultimate sacrifice.. as if they know better what to do!? They use the poor and announce to the public that the president is not doing her job. Hello?? have you done your part to help the poor?? I don't think so! When I judge people, I always think of what Christ have said to those who judge Magdelene.. "Those who have not sinned cast the first stone." I hope this people learn from this situation in the Bible.

Baguio Pics batch 1

Here some pics I took from my trip to Baguio last weekend.

We were stranded in Mabalacat, Pampanga for 5 and a half hours. According to the driver, there was problem with the wiring of the alternator. We can't travel because our headlights don't produce light, so we waited for the sun to rise. While waiting, I took some pictures (ofcourse!).

Sunrise. I still can't get the correct setting for this. Anyway, I still think it looks ok.

My namesake.. hehehe.. It's really cold in Pampanga, compared to Manila or Laguna. She leaned on the van to get some heat from the sun. She didn't know that I'm taking pictures of her. The picture would look perfect if not for the "sampayan" exposed at the background! hehehe..

This pic was taken last Sunday. I don't really know anyone from the picture (except for my brother, ofcourse!) . All I know is that they're all from Laguna. The picture came out really nice (i think!).

Next batch, pics from strawberry farm! yey! heheheeh...

May hangover pa ng ILC

I'm still tired! just arrived last night from baguio. I'm just going to post some pics taken from my amazing k750i phone. hehehe.. I'll share my experience next time. Enjoy!

Me and my boyfriend at Mines View Park. We're supposed to attend a workshop, but I opted to tour the city with my bros and sis in our cluster. He tried to attend a mid-career workshop but he didn't like it so he went with his bros and sis in their chapter (actually, he followed them because they already left when he decided to join them. eheheheh...)

This is taken after they picked me up in my office. I'm still wearing my office ID. hehehehe..

This picture was taken in front of the mansion (we're faced in front of the mansion..) . The view was nice.

I was focusing on the view. I never thought that the phone will capture the ark.

The mansion gate. One of my sisters commented that it looked like a crown. heheheh..

... And then came K750i

Yeah! you heard me right.. i'm so happy with my not so new phone! Last month, (January 16, 2006 to be exact!) I lost my phone. For some stupid reason, i don't really know where I placed it in my bag. I was on my way to Magallanes MRT station when I realized that my phone was missing. I started to think where did I left my phone (Up to this writing, I still don't know where i lost it!). And since i just woke up ( I was sleeping during the trip), i can't think straight (I was still sleepy! heheheh..). When I arrived at the office, there I started to panic! heheheh.. I first called my mom's phone. She did not answer my call so I then called our phone at home. I told her that I lost my phone and I didn't know where! heheheh.. Then I called my boyfriend. He was home at that time but I don't remember his phone number at home. Good thing, I left my cellphone bill in my drawer so I got his cellphone number. I'm not good at remembering numbers, by the way. hehehhe.. I called him and told him i lost my phone.

After a week, I bought a second hand sony ericsson k750i from my friend Joanne. It was hard for me use at first because I'm so used to my old phone, but after a while i started to get used to it. And now, my boyfriend wants it! hehehhe.. yeah! He always say to me how worth it my phone was! yeah! I know that! it doubles as my digicam when I need one! (I'm an aspiring photographer, rememeber?) hehhehehe.. By the way, the pics from Lumban are taken using this phone. cool? yeah! I know! heheheh.. Here are additional pictures using this phone. Enjoy!

The bear was a gift from my little brother. I never thought that the picture would look this great! This picture is also posted in my photo gallery (please do visit!).

This is one of my boyfriend's pic in my phone( I think I already deleted this one?). I took this yesterday in Seattle's Best Cybermall where we met so he could give my digicam.

This one was taken at Fazoli's where we ate dinner yesterday.

Pics from Lumban trip

Here are some of the pics from yesterday's trip.

My brother took this picture. He's so fascinated with my phone, that he volunteered to take my place as the official photographer for the group. hehehehe..

Photo ops after LLA. Always ready to pose!

Posing at japanese garden. Jayson (from SanLo Chapter) took this picture. We just ate lunch. After that we started checking out the place!

Posing at japanese garden with Jayson (from SanLo Chapter). I supposed to take his picture but he wants me to join him in the pic. He still took the picture.

It was raining when I took this picture and very windy( Ofcourse, pose pa rin di ba!) Jayson was with me holding my umbrella. heheheh..

To Lumban with love! (plus to Caliraya)

We're supposed to meet at around 6:30am but we left at around 7:00am - 7:30am (As usual, most of us are late!).
While in the jeep on the way to lumban, (it's a 2 hour drive by the way.) we amused ourselves by playing "around the world". We really had fun that we didn't realize that we're already at the place! heheheh... I didn't also get to appreciate the view because of that! haayy.. Anyway, the wind was really cold there. The area was so peaceful. No polution, noisy vehicles, tall and towering buildings, and most importantly no TRAFFIC! yeah!. It's like you're in another world! so different! hehehehe.. anyway, like what i've said, we went there to attend the monthly LLA. I saw some of my old friends from my YFC days. We had a little chat about stuff. Hehehe.. Then, the session started. Tito Chito, our provincial Coordinator, introduced the speaker who gave a 2 hour talk about OIKOS. The talk was kinda boring (sorry for that, really can't help it!) but I learned a lot. Then, the coordinators of different social minitries made their announcements reagarding the activities. Then to end the session, a mini praisefest was conducted. After that, we left for caliraya to eat lunch. We ate lunch at the japanese garden. The place was so peaceful and clean! heheheh! After we ate, we toured around the area and took some pictures. I'm really pissed because my phone battery was already low (1% charged to be exact!) and i didn't bring my dad's camera. my boyfriend has my camera because he had to take some pics of a property in dasma. (talk about great timing!) After that, we went home. anyway, I'm hoping that we could go back to caliraya. I really loved the view and the place. Anyway, I'll post the pics later. I'm currently having problems loading the photos.

first time mo? ako oo!

I'm really not a blog person. I don't like to write stuff. I don't even know what to say! I don't even know why i created this blog! Honestly, I'm currently having a hard time creating a paragraph. My sentences aren't making any sense. hehehe.. Anyway, I created this blog because.. hmmm... i don't really know why i created this blog! heheheh.. yeah i know what you're thinking. you think i'm weird? yeah, that's a given. heheheh..

anyway, I'm thinking of making this as my photoblog. I'm an aspiring photographer (yeah!). I'm already saving money to buy myself my first ever DSLR (or i wish someone would buy me my first DSLR!) . DSLRs are really expensive! These babies cost around 50000 pesos to 300000 pesos! yeah.. EXPENSIVE! I know! I can buy a second hand car with that money. Ofcourse i'll buy a DSLR that costs around 50K. My dad would really kill me if he knew i bought a camera worth 300K pesos! yeah! he's strict when it comes to money. He even argues with me whenever I bought a new pair of rubbershoes or pants worth 2K or less. Ok, for someone who doesn't know what to say, this is too much.. hehehe.. next week, I'm going to baguio with my SFC (Singles for Christ.. yeah, i'm into that stuff!) bros and sis for the annual International Leader's Conference. I already have a preview last night of what will happen to the trip.. kulitan blues to the max! heheheh.. I'm really excited by the way! I hope I could use my dad's camera instead of mine. although my camera produces sharp images better than my dad's camera, his camera has better and more functions than mine. I'll post the pics here after my trip to baguio. i have to work now. i have so many things to do, (i.e. plan the batangas trip with friend's japanese friend) and things to finish. heheheh.. till next time.
